1. Open Access Policy
JOMEINO is an open access journal. Open access refers to the practice of making peer-reviewed scholarly research and literature freely available online to anyone interested in reading it. Open Access allows for unrestricted sharing of scholarly information and helps to promote knowledge worldwide.
As an Open Access journal, JOMEINO allows any user to have immediate and free access to the full text of all articles. There is no embargo period, and users are not required to register to read any article. Any user is permitted to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, crawl them for indexing, pass them as data to software, or reuse them for any other lawful purpose, provided that proper attribution is given to the original authors and the source.

All articles published in JOMEINO are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).
Authors retain copyright of their work and grant the journal the right of first publication. Under the CC BY 4.0 license, others may copy, redistribute, remix, transform, and build upon the material in any medium or format for any purpose, including commercial use, provided appropriate credit is given to the original authors and source.
