Manuscripts are accepted for review with the understanding that:

• the work is original and has not been previously published (except in abstract form),
• the manuscript is not under consideration elsewhere, and will not be submitted to another journal while under review by JOMEINO.
• all listed authors have approved the final version and agree to its submission.
