Authors who publish in the Journal of Management, Economics, and Industrial Organization (JOMEINO) retain the copyright and also grant the journal the first publication right of their works simultaneously licensed under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY 4.0) International License.

Therefore, authors will release their articles under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License.
