Manuscripts should be supplied in the following format:
Microsoft Word, 12-point type (Times New Roman), and double-spaced. Manuscripts are not to exceed e 16 pages, plus tables and figures for a total of 36 pages. In the absence of tables and figures, the Editor may allow a greater number of text pages. The Editor’s decision is final. Allow margins of at least one inch (3 cm) on all sides of the typed pages. Number all manuscript pages consecutively. Translations of papers previously published in languages other than English can be considered, but the author must provide this information and permission to reprint at the time of submission
Titles: All titles must be as brief as possible, 6 to 10 words. Authors should also supply a shortened version of the title suitable for the running head, not exceeding 50 character spaces.
Affiliation: On the title page, include full names of authors, academic and/or other professional affiliations, and the complete address, telephone number, fax number, and e-mail address of the author to whom proofs and correspondence should be sent.
Author Responsibilities: The corresponding author must ensure that all co-authors agree with the author list and technical content before submitting the manuscript. The corresponding author is responsible for the completeness and accuracy of the manuscript at the time of submission. Author names and affiliations must be competed and correct at the time of paper submission. While corrections can be made at the proof stage for authors who have changed institutions since the time of paper acceptance, author names cannot be added or deleted at the proof stage. If the corresponding author wishes to add or delete authors the paper must be withdrawn, corrected, and resubmitted for review.
Acknowledgments: Acknowledgements must be complete and correct at the time of submission. Additions or deletions cannot be made at the proof stage. If the corresponding author wishes to add or delete sponsoring institutions or persons the paper must be withdrawn, corrected, and resubmitted for review.
Abstract: Each article should be summarized in a double-spaced abstract of not more than 150 words. Avoid abbreviations, diagrams, and reference to the text.
Keywords: Authors must supply 3-10 alphabetized keywords or phrases that identify the most important subjects covered by the paper.
Permission: Authors are responsible for obtaining permission to reproduce copyrighted material from other sources.
Transfer of Copyright: Authors are required to sign an agreement for the transfer of copyright to the publisher. All accepted manuscripts, artwork, and photographs become the property of the publisher.
Manuscript Inquiries: If there are any questions about a manuscript, the Editor will only respond to written correspondence from the corresponding author of record. All inquiries from co-authors should go through the corresponding author.
Citations in the text are by author(s) and date in parentheses. Full citations should be arranged alphabetically double-spaced and must conform to the Chicago Manual of Style, 14th Edition.

Manuscript submissions should not contain more than 4 figures. Digital files are recommended for highest quality reproduction and should follow these guidelines:
300 dpi or higher
sized to fit on journal page
EPS, TIFF, or PSD format only
submitted as separate files, not embedded in text files
All legends should be typed double-spaced on a separate page at the end of the manuscript. Within the text, spell out “Figure” on the first reference.
Color art will be produced in color in the online publication
Manuscript submissions should not contain more than 8 tables. All tables must be mentioned in the text and numbered in the order mentioned. Each table should have a brief descriptive title. Do not include explanatory material in the title - use footnotes, keyed to the table with superior lowercase letters. Place all table footnotes at the end of the table. Define all data in the column heads. Every table should be fully understandable even without reference to the text. Type all tables double spaced on separate sheets; do not include them within the text.
All proofs must be corrected and returned to the publisher within 48 hours of receipt. If corrections are not returned within the allotted time, the Editor will proofread the article and it will be printed per his instruction. Only correction of typographical errors is permitted.
